Pendleton City Police Association
The Pendleton City Police Association (PCPA) represents all of the non-management members of the Pendleton Police Department, including Patrol Officers, Detectives, Police Assistants, Code Enforcement Officer, School Resource Officer and Corporals.
International Association of Fire Fighters
The International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) represents all of the emergency responders of the Fire Department, including Fire Fighters, Lieutenants, and Captains (all are also paramedics).
Service Employees International Union
The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) is the largest of the three bargaining units and covers all other employees of the City who are not managers, temporary employees, or part-time employees working less than half-time. This union includes a broad range of disciplines from entry level clerical and laborer positions up to professional level technicians.
