UAS AVIATION INTERN 02

The City of Pendleton is accepting applications for Summer interns to work for approximately 8 weeks at the UAS Range.  Interns will be responsible for assisting UAS Range staff in supporting drone operations.

Applicants will need:

• Interest in a career with a STEAM profession
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams
• Experience with manned or unmanned aviation; 
• Experience building radio-controlled vehicles and smaller UAS
• Familiarity with FAA requirements

Pay will be $12.50 per hour, with no benefits.  Applications are available at City Hall, 500 SW Dorion, or at HERE.  Completed applications must be returned to the Human Resources Office at the same address or sent to human.resources@ci.pendleton.or.us no later than the closing date of June 1, 2022.  The City of Pendleton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
