Seasonal Parks Maintenance

Want a job that pays you to enjoy the great outdoors while working in a park-like setting? Then how about working for the City of Pendleton in some of our 21 different parks? Applications are being accepted for several seasonal park maintenance positions. Wage ranges from $13.70- $16.45. per hour, depending on experience. Positions perform labor required to landscape and maintain parks and cemetery grounds for the City of Pendleton. Duties include cultivation and care of shrubs, trees, flowers, and lawn turf, control of weeds, mowing, irrigation, waste disposal, and maintaining restrooms, shelters, and other park facilities. Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and operate hand and power tools. Positions require walking, bending, stooping, and lifting. Requires the ability to pass a criminal background check.
