The City of Pendleton is accepting applications for a full-time Office Specialist 3 position at the Convention Center.  The position provides administrative support to the Pendleton Convention Center manager including working directly with clients to coordinate events, maintaining the schedule of events; assist the manager in coordinating the work of other PCC staff; processing financial documentation including coding invoices for payment, and assisting with budget preparation; and providing other administrative support such as answering phones, preparing correspondence and reports, and maintaining departmental records. Requires advanced customer service skills because a large portion of the job requires dealing with event customers. Requires skills in office administration and organization, as well as communication skills and computer proficiency.  Associates degree and 2 years of office experience required, or equivalent combination.  The salary range is $3,768-$4,636/month DOE plus excellent benefits.  Applications are available at HERE or at City Hall, 500 SW Dorion.  Completed applications must be returned to Human Resources at the same address or human.resources@ci.pendleton.or.us no later than 5:00 pm on March 19, 2021.    The City of Pendleton is an Equal Opportunity Employer
