Library Information Technician

The City of Pendleton is seeking to fill a part-time Library Information Technician position within our Library. This position is responsible for the supporting the public use technology related to projects based on the needs of the Library. Duties will include installing, implementing, testing, and servicing public use computers, software and peripherals while coordinating with the City IT Department. Provide technical assistance to end users to resolve technical issues. An Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or closely related field with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Good interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively, work independently, and use a computer are also required. Approximately 20 hours per week Monday - Saturday. The salary range is $28.04-$34.70 per hour DOE, no benefits.  Applications are available HERE or at the Human Resources Dept., City Hall, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801.  Completed applications can be emailed to human.resources@ci.pendleton.or.us.
