Road Closure
The City of Pendleton works hard to make local residents and visitors aware of traffic impacts and planned construction. The following are currently in progress or anticipated road closures:
Dec. 1, 2022:
Public Works has been informed by American Rock Products that they will be patching utility cuts Dec. 1 on Northwest Despain Ave, from Main Street to NW 6th Street, and on South Main, from SE Byers to SE Court Ave. These roads will be closed during the work, and the south side lane of SE Court Ave will also be closed. All of the patching in these areas is expected to be complete today.
Dec. 12, 2022-Jan. 2, 2023:
SE Emigrant Ave, from SE 6th Street to SE 4th Street, will be closed from December 12 through January 2 for the demolition of the Flour Mill Building. Certified Personnel out of Hermiston will be setting up reader boards and signage for the duration of the project.
